The Alabama State Fraternal Order of Police assists members in time of need after a natural disaster or fire. If you or a member of your lodge is in need of financial assistance, please download and fill out the Disaster Relief form and return it to the State Lodge at alstfop[at]aol.com or 1120 John Overton Drive, Montgomery, AL 36110. Once received the form will be reviewed by the Disaster Relief Committee and funds will be sent to the member.

Financial Assistance Application Form
The Alabama State Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) has established a Disaster Relief Fund and Guidelines to assist law enforcement officers who have suffered loss caused by a disaster. This assessment form will be used to determine the need. Approved applicants will receive a cash grant.
To be eligible, you must be an Alabama FOP member in good standing who has sustained loss of use of your primary residence. Assessment applications must be received at the Alabama State FOP Office no later than six months following the loss.
